China, with its professional HID lamp factory in Shanghai. Perfect Process Control of Manufacturing
The factory has passed ISO9001 recognition and is equipped with advanced machines procured from Germany, Japan and ?theU.S. in critical manufacturing locations. A computerized real-time process control system, SPC, developed totally by Huaquan's talented engineers, work along with ERP system and 6 sigma quality methodology, to ensure the disqualification rate under 3.4 per million. This is mainly due to a staff of 26 quality control personnel whopractice strict quality control standards daily. Huaquan aims at achieving an environmentally-friendly, energy-saving and safe business environmentto pursue a vision of sustainable and continuing development in the future.

Well-equipped Lab and UL approval facility
Huaquan has established a well-equipped professional laboratory for lighting and electrical product testing. ?Professional equipment and devices including Automatic Temperature Rise Measuring System, Needle-Flame Test device and Glow-Wire Test device are being utilized. The lab, recognized by many famous international lighting brands, is often required to perform tests of various items with samples from them. Our latest addition is our onsite UL approval facility.

R&D Centre
The R&D center of Huaquan, with an innovative research team of 22 experts and engineers making constant efforts to catch the most up-to-date lighting technologies, has invented over 10 innovative technologies and devices patented in China Intellectual Property Bureau. Huaquan Electrical Lighting Company, as a member of the national drafting committee of China's illumination standard, has also developed many technical and manufacturing regulations adopted by national lighting standards.

Certifications
The certifications obtained by Huaquan products include TUV, CE, UL, CUL, VDE, CQC and CCC. The company is also one of mainland China-based lighting companies that first obtained national mandatory certification of CCC, China's electrical and lighting certification.

Huaquan is a member of the drafting committee of China’s national lighting standards, submitting many original technological documents to the committee.
