Huaquan Brand capacitors are
manufactured in accordance with IEC61049 standard and passes the UL810
performance and configuration tests with CQC and UL certified. The capacitors
are designed with high temperature endurance with TC: 105℃ with built-in
discharge resistor to avoid electric shock and built-in explosion proof device
as well as thermal protection. The capacitors have stable performance and
special spraying technique, designed with 10 years of service life complying
with ROHS directives. The insulation materials are Grade VO.
The capacitors manufacture with the imported 110℃ high temperature resistant
films. The advanced equipments include the imported world-leading winding
machines, automatic metal spraying machine, high temperature vacuum treatment,
dynamic 10 thousand grade constant temperature and humidity purifying workshop
environment. The craftwork is partial automatic production line. The atmosphere
stays for only 10 minutes in the workshop. All products are 100% automatic
computer supervision testing with SPC online inspection. The products all have
traceable product code.
The product range includes
1. capacitor with compensation function (compensation capacitor) with AC 250V
and the circuit operating capacitor (starting capacitor) with AC: 540V.
2. capacitor without pressure open-circuit device(plastic case); capacitor with
pressure open-circuit device(aluminium case);
3. Capacitor with pins/legs (plug capacitor); capacitor with lead lines
(lead-line capacitor)
